FREE SHIPPING WITH ORDERS OF $75.00 OR MORE!!
All items are shipped within 0-1 business days from the time your order is received, excluding weekends. Orders are shipped either via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Actual delivery time will vary according to your delivery zone. For UPS Ground shipping it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for West Coast, Mountain and Central zones and 5 to 10 business days for East Coast and Southern zones from the day that the order was placed. UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. Packages delivered via USPS will be delivered during your normal delivery times. (Delivery method for Free Shipping will be chosen by HairToolsPlus.com)
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so please provide a street address when ordering, unless the item you are ordering is designated as being shipped by USPS. If this creates a problem for you, please call us at the toll free number (1-877-620-5729) and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

HairToolsPlus.com does offer UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. On the Order Checkout page please select which shipping method you prefer. If choosing one of these methods, applicable charges will be applied.
Email Notifications
Once your package is shipped, an E-mail containing tracking information will be sent to the listed E-mail address. To receive important information about your order at HairToolsPlus.com, please make sure to allow emails from CustomerService@HairToolsPlus.com, or check your spam folder as updates can sometimes be filtered out. In some situations you will receive shipping information from UPS or USPS
Out of Stock/Backorders
Please note that on occasions, there will be circumstances beyond our control when an item will be found to be “out of stock” or “discontinued” before we can take that item off the website. When this occurs, you will be notified and given options on how to proceed. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Shipping Exceptions
There are some products sold on HairToolsPlus.com that must be shipped via ground delivery. When this occurs, the products will be shipped via UPS. If your order consists of some items that require ground delivery and some items that can be shipped via air delivery, the entire order will default to ground delivery and unfortunately there are no exceptions to this.
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts the air shipment of certain items that could contribute to on-board fires or other mishaps. Restricted products include, but are not limited to aerosols, hairsprays, and any other items that may contain flammable chemicals that could be hazardous during transit.
We are unable to ship DOT restricted products to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. These items include but are not limited to items that are packaged under pressure, items that are flammable, volatile, or items that contain corrosive or potentially hazardous materials.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently ONLY offering International Shipping to Canada. We may decide to ship to other International Destinations in the near future. We appreciate international visitors to our sight, however, we do not find it to be in the best interest of PHP Enterprises, Inc. to do business outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time. All Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS International Ground (6-10 Business Days) for a flat rate of $25. Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more does NOT include International Orders. Free Shipping to Canada will apply when orders are $200 or more. (To our valued Canadian customers, please be aware that upon delivery, your local carrier will collect applicable Province Sales Tax (PST), Government Sales Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and duties.)
TAX
HairToolsPlus.com does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of the state of California. If you order within the county of Orange only, in the state of California, you will be charged an additional 8.75% for sales tax. If you reside outside the county of Orange in the state of California, you will only be charged an additional 8.25% sales tax. The State of California only requires us to charge 8.25% sales tax for all other counties and any additional district, city or county taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.
